Ron Baruchi has been Agmatix's President and CEO since 2021. With a passion for driving technological advancements in life sciences to benefit society, he has been a key force behind the company's success, revolutionizing the agricultural industry with Agmatix’s cutting-edge technologies. Previously, Ron served as COO at Blue Dot and as VP of Strategy and Global Head of IT for Teva Pharmaceuticals. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Richman University.

Ori Yuval has been Agmatix’s CFO since 2021. He is a highly accomplished financial leader with over 15 years of experience driving financial strategy, planning, and analysis. Ori has a proven track record of enhancing profitability, optimizing financial performance, and implementing effective cost-control measures. Skilled in leading finance teams, managing financial reporting, and guiding strategic decision-making to support business growth. Prior to joining Agmatix, Ori served as the Global Reporting Manager of ICL and the CFO of Marimedia. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting and an EMBA from the Hebrew University.

Dr. Sagi Katz, VP of Agronomy at Agmatix since 2021, has been deeply connected to agriculture since childhood. He pursued a Ph.D. in Soil and Water Science, specializing in the environmental effects of biofouling ecosystems utilizing treated wastewater in agriculture. Over the past decade, Dr. Katz has worked within the Israeli ag-tech ecosystem, including roles at Phytech and ICL Fertilizers. At Agmatix, he is responsible for all professional aspects, including the Agmatix Ontology Engine, data innovations, and the professional development of the company’s products.

Itai Prajgrod joined Agmatix in 2023 and serves as the VP of R&D. Itai is recognized for his creativity, commitment to excellence, and collaborative leadership style. At Agmatix, he has been instrumental in driving innovation, spearheading the company's AI development, and ensuring its seamless integration with core products. With extensive experience in research and development, product definitions, and customer-facing solutions, he combines strategic vision with strong technical and hands-on capabilities. Itai holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Liron Prizant, Agmatix’s VP of HR since 2022, brings over a decade of experience in human resources. With a deep passion for building and scaling high-growth, human-centric, and connected organizations, Liron's expertise spans executive coaching, leadership development, strategic consulting, and organizational design. Committed to empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential, she focuses on making a positive impact and supporting the organization's business goals through effective human capital management. Liron is dedicated to fostering a culture that maximizes people's potential, driven by a growth mindset and continuous personal development.

Jonathan Sullivan joined Agmatix in 2023 and leads the company’s commercial efforts including the new offering in sustainability and regenerative agriculture. Having a history across the corporate and sustainability sectors, Jonathan is driven to help business be the catalyst for positive impact on the planet. Previously, Jonathan lead sustainability strategy work at PepsiCo, ocean sustainability efforts at OceanX and worked with several Agri-food and CPG clients while a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Jonathan is a graduate of the Royal Military College and Australian Defence Force Academy, has an MBA from the University of Queensland, and has studied Sustainable Supply Chains at the University of Cambridge.

Sarah Myers, Agmatix’s VP of Marketing since 2022, is a global marketing executive with over a decade of experience in both marketing and agriculture. She leads the global marketing strategy for Agmatix, ensuring the delivery of top-tier solutions to customers. Sarah is passionate about digital marketing, social media influencing, and transforming complex ideas into effective business strategies. Her expertise in SaaS B2B marketing enables her to translate use cases into real-world applications in agriculture. Previously, Sarah worked at SAS Institute, Inc. and Bayer Crop Science. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.Sc. in Business Management.

Dr. Shai Sela, Agmatix’s Chief Scientist since 2021, leads the agro-informatics and digital twins modeling and innovation efforts. Shai is a crop modeler and data scientist with over 15 years of experience in developing and applying models to optimize production environments. He earned his B.Sc. in Environmental Science and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Geo-Informatics from Ben-Gurion University. His postdoctoral research led him to Cornell University, where he spent five years as part of a team developing Adapt-N, an award-winning digital twin solution for nitrogen management in corn production, which was commercialized by Cornell and acquired by Yara International.

Etzik Bega joined Agmatix in 2023, as CTO where he has revolutionized the company's data lake architecture using cutting-edge GenAI technology. These disruptive models drive Agmatix's business, establishing it as an industry leader. With over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, system architecture, and communications, Etzik has recently focused on helping organizations move to the public cloud securely and efficiently. He leverages his expertise to find innovative yet simple solutions to complex problems. Etzik holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University.
